Refund policy
At Todicamp.com, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with our support team to initiate a refund or exchange. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our refund policy.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact us at support@todicamp.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges and replacements
In some cases, we may accept the exchange of a damaged item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate an exchange of the item you have by contacting the support team at support@todicamp.com, and once the return is accepted, we will proceed with a replacement order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company can process and post the refund.
Unauthorized Chargebacks and Fraudulent Orders
